Diana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Animal-Assisted Social Worker. New York born and bred, Diana ventured out to Colorado to complete her masters in social work from the University of Denver. A lifetime Girl Scout, camp counselor, and adventurer, Diana seeks to utilize experiential and hands-on additions to her more traditional talk-based therapies. 

With over 15 years under her belt as a wilderness guide in various settings, all in working with groups of adults, youth, and teens, Diana brings professionalism and fun to the outdoors. A NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) graduate, Diana is at ease leading both groups and individuals in various adventure-based settings. She also has maintained her WFR (Wilderness First Responder) medical certification for close to a decade. Diana has also acted in the role of International Director and Mentor for Global Leadership Adventures, in which she has lead groups of 10-30 teens in international and domestic settings (such as in the Galapagos Islands, Thailand, and Colorado) in which adolescents preform service for local settings and engage in culturally relevant adventures! Diana has also worked in private practice, for rehabs, for holistic recovery centers, in residential, and currently acts as the Clinical Supervisor for the Youth Recovery Center. Diana is also a trained Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist and loves guiding clients through facilitated journeys. 

            Action is the enemy of anxiety, and Diana offers goal-oriented and solutions-focused services to help you make the first step in your journey of improvement.
